What is Taste of The Atlantic?
A celebration of Indigenous cuisine and culture
A Taste of the Atlantic Festival is an event to highlight indigenous culture by taking you on a journey through food from all across the Atlantic Provinces. Steeped in food and vibrant culture, you can enjoy everything from world class dining to storytelling, drumming, workshops, tasting tents, pow wow and more……there are so many ways to immerse yourself and learn first hand while making incredible memories along the way.
We invite you to take part in this year’s 2 weekend long festival that has been named one of the top five things to do in New Brunswick this year.
Our ticketed portion of the festival is led by our incredible team of Indigenous chefs from across the Atlantic provinces carefully curating all the menus; utilizing traditional ingredients in new and exciting ways weaving stories throughout the three culinary journeys and tasting tent.
This festival is Indigenous led and highlights all the talent we are lucky enough to have throughout the east coast from the chefs to the event planner, artists, storytellers, knowledge keepers, drummers, singers, dancers, entrepreneurs, tour operators, mcs are all there to share with you.
Join us in sharing the beautiful and vibrant indigenous culture we have here on the east coast.
Come to the table to feast and learn with us.
We invite you to be part of the future.
A large portion of our event is free to the public thanks to our many partners and sponsors.
